Jaylena Lomenech

LACHSA Alumna

Based in San Francisco, CA, Jaylena D. Lomenech is a Strategic Engagement Program Manager at Salesforce, where she leads initiatives to empower customers and employees to grow their careers within the Salesforce ecosystem. An alumna of the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA) and current Foundation Board Member, she actively supports arts education through her work with CREATE CA, driving policy initiatives and engagement in California public schools. Jaylena co-launched and operates The Grapevine in Petaluma, CA, a youth program focused on leadership development for Black students aged 12-18.

Jaylena has served on the Vanguard Leadership Council at the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD) and contributed to the global strategy of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) as a member of the Trustee Marketing Committee. She is also a Global Councilor and Bay Area Co-Ambassador for the Royal Society for the Arts (RSA). Jaylena holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from California State University – Northridge and a Global MBA from Saint Mary’s College of  California.
