Connie St. John is founder and president of No Weapon Productions™, which specializes in change your life entertainment ™ for film, television, stage productions, and live events. As an award-winning writer/director, she has written and directed over 100 stage and screenplays that have been produced and screened all over the world.
Connie also heads the St. John Consulting Group and the Game Changers Experience, which provide leadership, training and consulting services for business leaders and individuals all over the world.
Through her companies, Connie and her team have developed a unique blend of entertainment and business strategies to enhance productivity, strengthen employee engagement, develop successful branding and communication campaigns, and create innovative solutions for corporations and entrepreneurs.
Connie is the creator of the Don’t Be a Bully Project™, which uses entertainment to combat bullying in middle schools.
Connie has also served as executive director/CEO for nonprofit organizations including the historic Neighborhood Music School in Boyle Heights, and OASIS, a national nonprofit which specializes in older adult learning. Prior to that, Connie worked in marketing and management for Columbia TriStar Television, Turner Broadcasting, Sara Lee Corporation, the Entertainment Industry Foundation, and Oprah Winfrey.
Connie proudly supports the L.A. County High School for the Arts, where her daughter is an alum, by serving as co-president of the LACHSA Foundation. She is also president of Women in Film and Television (DC). Based in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, she is a frequently sought after public speaker and leadership development consultant.
