A 40-year history is much to celebrate. Our LACHSA family has a lot to reflect back on, while we dream of what the next 40 years could be for the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.
Join the LACHSA Foundation for the 40th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, April 26th. Your donation will support LACHSA students who are born to create today, as well as the future young student artists who will walk LACHSA’s hallways in the next 40 years.
The arts are an important part of our shared humanity every day, but especially during this time of uncertainty, rebuilding, and recovery all over LA County. Your support during this very challenging time is important to ensure that LACHSA has everything it needs to serve its public-school student artists who create, innovate, and courageously share their art with the world. LACHSA’s students, teachers, and alumni prove that this number one public high school for the arts in the nation is worth every investment.

Here are a few highlights of what you can look forward to at our 40th Anniversary Gala:
The LACHSA Foundation is hosting an unforgettable night on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at City Market Social House in Downtown LA’s Fashion District with intimate student performances at every turn reflecting LACHSA’s excellence, passion, and student achievement. Guests will enjoy a hosted cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, followed by delicious wines and a three-course dinner. Attendees will also be treated to our amazing live auction, an immersive program including all of LACHSA’s arts disciplines, and special appearances from LACHSA’s esteemed alumni and our family of donors.
