The Foundation expresses our special thanks to our incredible Master of Ceremonies, Anthony Anderson, for his personal testimony, his grace, and his undeniable humor. Thank you to the incomparable, Grammy-nominated, Gretchen Parlato, for blessing us with her sultry voice as she sang “Pure Imagination” with LACHSA’s Impulse Jazz Combo, and to LACHSA’s unforgettable student artist performers and presenters who prove that LACHSA is worth every investment.

The 40th Anniversary Gala featured LACHSA’s current student artists in all of its arts disciplines. The Foundation was faced with one challenge: how do you showcase the extraordinary talents of LACHSA’s Cinematic Arts students LIVE at a 40th Anniversary Gala? We asked them to conduct red carpet interviews, capture event footage, and edit everything IN REAL TIME to create an engaging mini documentary that would be shared with all of the guests by the end of the night.

Thank you to Cinematic Arts Chair, Drew McClellan, and to the incredible students who said YES in support of the 40th Anniversary Gala hosted by the LACHSA Foundation: Bama Bardocz, Violet Chin, Orson Ford, Navy Osborne, Tuilan Portock, and Lukas Shen.
